Week 1 – Foundations of Leadership: Ownership & Mindset
Leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about responsibility. This week builds the foundation for everything that follows. Participants learn how to take ownership, build trust through action, and replace excuses with execution.
Week 2 – Communication & Influence
Leadership lives and dies by communication. This week focuses on developing clarity, presence, and influence — the ability to move people with purpose and confidence.
Week 3 – Conflict & Crisis Management
Pressure reveals leaders. This module teaches how to stay composed, resolve conflict quickly, and lead with calm authority when everything hits the fan.
Week 4 – Strategy & Execution
Leadership without execution is just theory. This week focuses on sharpening decision-making, goal alignment, and disciplined follow-through to turn ideas into measurable results.
Week 5 – Coaching & Developing Others
Real leaders create more leaders. Participants learn how to mentor, give powerful feedback, and build teams that thrive without micromanagement.
Week 6 – Leading Through Change
Change is the ultimate leadership test. This final week helps leaders guide their teams through uncertainty, embrace transition, and strengthen culture in times of disruption.
Capstone – Leadership Action Plan
At the end of the program, each participant builds a personal Leadership Action Plan — a clear, practical strategy they can apply immediately to their role or organization.
